How do we start working together?

With a first meeting, free of charge, to understand your situation. Then we send a written proposal with the scope, the team assigned and the fees. Once accepted, we set up the transition plan: information gathering, access and calendar. We are usually up and running within a few weeks.

How are fees quoted?

Recurring services have a fixed fee, monthly or annual depending on the service, set by volume and complexity: accounting, tax, payroll and also the audit when it is carried out every year. One-off engagements, such as a due diligence, an incorporation or a one-time audit, are quoted per project. Anything outside the proposal is quoted separately before it is done, with no surprises.

Who will look after my company?

A partner responsible for the account and an assigned team. You always talk to the same people; the partner takes part in decisions and reviews what matters.

How quickly do you respond?

Operational queries the same day or the next business day. Matters that need analysis, within a deadline agreed in advance. Inspections and deadlines take priority.

Do you work with foreign companies?

Yes. We represent and keep the accounting and taxes of subsidiaries and branches of foreign companies, report to the parent company in English and in the format they need, and advise investors who want to operate in Argentina.

Can I switch firms in the middle of the year?

Yes. We organise the transition with the previous firm: information, working papers and access to ARCA and the agencies. There is no loss of continuity in filings or books.

What information do I have to provide and how?

Invoices, statements, contracts and staff changes, depending on the service. We work through digital channels and with the management systems you already use, and agree a delivery calendar.

How do I stay informed about my deadlines and filings?

With a periodic report on the status of filings, payments and balances, notices before each deadline with what has to be paid, and access to the documentation filed.

Where are you located, and do I need to come to the office?

We are at Maipú 267, Buenos Aires City, and we work with clients across the country and abroad. Most of the work is handled remotely; in-person meetings when they add value.
